The French Academy opens a third campus in Jersey City!
Jersey City is a growing city with a young and international population. Among the
many families that have chosen to live here, three young French women, Caroline
Garnier, Céline Monthieu and Ludivine Venturini, dreamed of a bilingual school

the local community life, they brought their professional skills together to
take the first steps, and met the staff of the French Academy of Bilingual
Culture.

The experience of the FABC, combined with the efficiency and skills of these young
mothers, set up the cornerstone of the future bilingual school. The

campus location was secured thanks to the FABC’s historical relationship with
the Archdiocese of Newark, offering a long-term perspective to the initial
project. The Jersey City campus was officially opened in November 2012, a few
days after Hurricane Sandy flooded a big part of Jersey City.

In line with the educational approach and curriculum taught at New Milford and
Morris Plains, the Jersey City campus will offer, starting September
2013, a full-time bilingual education to children aged 2.5 years old (Pre-K
3) to 1st Grade. A new level will open each year to accompany children until
8th Grade.
